RCS dust is generated when materials containing silica, such as sand, concrete, stone, mortar, glass, pottery, ceramics, bricks, and manmade stone benchtops, are disturbed. Crystalline silica, or silicon dioxide (SiO2), is a common mineral widely used in various industrial products.

What does an assessment involve?
